Great view and cosy restaurant and bar. Views are stunning even if you don’t sit by the windows. Very friendly staff. On top great offering in cocktails, wine and food. It’s a great restaurant first but also has a stunning view to Acropolis and over Athens.

It was my second time visiting Taratsa and it is a restaurant I couldn’t recommend more. The views are incredible and so is the food. My favorite is definitely the pasta with smoked eel, of which I don’t have a photo cause it got devoured so quickly. The cocktails menu is also great and the staff is amazing. If visiting Athens don’t think twice and make a reservation!

Everything exceeded expectations ! Absolutely beautiful! Tasty and satisfying. Mariarena was an amazing waitress, very nice helpful and professional. I had an amazing meal with good wine in front of the Acropolis !! Hard to top

We stopped by spontaneously for a drink and were pleasantly surprised. The bar has a great atmosphere and offers a stunning view of the Acropolis – especially beautiful in the evening! We had two excellent cocktails , crafted with care and creativity. Jorge, the young bartender, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He not only served us perfectly but also shared interesting insights about life in Athens – truly outstanding service! Unfortunately, we didn’t try the food, so we can’t comment on that. But for the drinks, the view, and the warm hospitality, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Tip: Make sure to reserve a table in advance, preferably by email, especially if you want to enjoy the amazing view!

An incredible dining experience at the Taratsa rooftop! Everything was absolutely delicious, with a breathtaking view of the Temple of Athena and an unforgettable sunset. The Grilled Red Caviar was flavorful and nicely spicy, the eggplant caviar smooth and well-seasoned, and the meat shawarma… just amazing, truly out of this world! Hands down the best dolmas I’ve ever had – rich, tender, and packed with flavor. The grilled fish was perfectly cooked and full of taste. And the freshly baked Greek bread with their super creamy tzatziki? Just divine. The service was impeccable – warm, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. To top it all off, the baklava was pure bliss, perfectly sweet with a crispy texture that melts in your mouth! A must-visit if you’re in Athens!
